Fibrograts offer a wide range of solutions for storing fluids or solids. These solutions are made out of full FRP material or Dual Laminate thermoplastic liner such as PP, PVC, CPVC, ECTFE, PVDF, FEP, TFM etc. in combination with FRP. The choice of material makes storage tanks easy to install in different chemical environments. From experience, we know that every application has its own specific requirements. Fibrograts’ FRP storage tanks include detailed design, engineering, manufacturing, transportation and installation of all components.

Frp storage tanks are Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic tanks available to be used in various applications.

FRP coating procedure is done on its outer surface which is a high-performing epoxy resin with polyethene (PE) or ABS seamless one-piece liner. These FRP act as two-layer protection which helps in developing resistance against corrosion. These FRP Storage tanks have many sizes ranging from small to large-sized ones. FRP tanks usually have their operation temperature ranging from 1 – 49 oC (34 oF – 120 oF).

Let’s have a look at the advantages of using FRP as a product part in Storage Tank:

It acts as a Resistant against Corrosion:

These FRP Storage tanks have a high corrosion-resistant ability. Also, not only against the weather and temperature conditions, these tanks are resistant against various types of chemicals used in the industries.

It provides Strength against Rust:

The FRP tank shells are manufactured from epoxy resin which acts as a rustproof too.

It is very Light in Weight:

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic tanks are 3 times lighter in weight as compared to stainless steel tanks. This is a great advantage in terms of easy handling, transportation costs and so on.

Customizable Ability:

Usually, there are global standards and parameters for the size and structure of these tanks. But, they can be customized to a great extent as per the requirements.

High Strength and Durability:

As compared to Tanks made up of Steel or other Materials, these FRP Storage Tanks can withstand High Pressure.

It is Cost-Effective:

The tanks made up of FRP are Cost-Effective and Affordable too. This factor is considered as one of the most important factors for the high success rate of these frp tanks

FRP and Dual Laminate storage solutions:

  • Horizontal FRP storage tanks (with or without insulation)
  • Vertical FRP storage tanks (with or without insulation)
  • FRP Acid Storage tanks
  • Chemical FRP storage tanks
  • Underground FRP storage tanks (e.g. fuel)
  • Ultra-pure water FRP storage tanks (high purity)
  • Water and wastewater FRP storage tanks
